- The mechanism of stress and the tools to reduce stress and increase vitality,
- The concept of excitement, expansion, containment, completion and integration applied to your life and the dynamic of a kriya / meditation,
- How to choose a kriya or a meditation by exploring the science behind the kriyas: the 5 elements and the meridians (Chinese system), the connection between muscles and organs / emotions / diseases, the angles and triangles (sensory system),
- “Healing hands”, Kundalini Yoga massage to heal your body, mind and spirit,
- Identify what is Cold Depression and the ways to heal,
- The science of breathing (pranayam),
- Diet: food as a medicine (the 5 elements).

40 days preparation

Vegetarian diet, 40 days meditation.

During this week we will look at the human body in a very holistic way and explore every day one of the elements in a given sequence, the energetics of the yoga kriyas, the organs and glands affected, the meridians, the food, the nadis, the true nature of that element and how it interferes and interacts with your whole system. You will become aware of your strengths and weaknesses, and you will learn how to listen to your physical body, how the stress affects your balance (physically, energetically and spiritually), and how to recover vitality from your own core.

A Deep Transformation & Healing Step to Become Real

Develop the inner growth and personal discipline of a truly excellent teacher

Open to KRI Level One Certified Instructors, this 300-hour certification program consists of five, 62-hour modules. Graduates of Level Two earn the title of KRI Certified Practitioner of Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan® and combined with Level One certification, fulfill the Yoga Alliance RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher) 500-hour requirement.

Building on the foundation of, and the tools offered by Level One, Level Two Teacher Training is about personal transformation and deepening the core capacities, character and consciousness of a Kundalini Yoga teacher.

In this level, the Instructor cultivates the yogic capacities of intuition, neutrality and self-assessment within the five mirrors of consciousness:

  1. Vitality and Stress – Cultivate the caliber to guide yourself and others through life’s challenges.
  2. Conscious Communication – Uplift and penetrate through the power of the word.
  3. Authentic Relationships – Unfold your true identity in the matrix of conscious relationship.
  4. Mind and Meditation – Conquer the mind and conquer the world.
  5. LifeCycles and LifeStyles – Discover mystery and mastery through every cycle of life.

These are the five modules certified by KRI and necessary to become a KRI Certified Practitioner.

Extra module (not required for KRI Level 2 Practitioner Certification)

AAA proposed exclusively a complementary module called The Warrior of Light. This module is not certified by KRI but by AAA. It is the crystallization of your process and, in our spirit, an essential contribution for the integration of the teachings in your life. This course is not compulsory for finishing Level 2, but an addition, which we consider very enriching, and which most of those who finish the five modules with us, decide to take.
