Goals of the Module Vitality & Stress

* Deepen your understanding of the science of Kundalini Yoga and the way to apply it!

* Learn to be aware what is happening to you and your students while you practice and recognize the practice as an integral part of your life.

* Identify and drop the beliefs which limit you.

* Build up your caliber to be better prepared to face the challenges and pressure of life.

Contents

- The mechanism of stress and the tools to reduce stress and increase vitality,
- The concept of excitement, expansion, containment, completion and integration applied to your life and the dynamic of a kriya / meditation,
- The wheel of the Chinese medicine connected to numerology and the 10 bodies, introduction to a sequence,
- How to choose a kriya or a meditation by exploring the science behind the kriyas: the 5 elements and the meridians (Chinese system), the connection between muscles and organs / emotions / diseases (“Touch for health”), the angles and triangles (sensory system),
- “Healing hands”, Kundalini Yoga massage to heal your body, mind and spirit,
- Identify what is Cold Depression and the ways to heal,
- The science of breathing (pranayam),
- Diet: food as a medicine (the 5 elements).

40 days preparation

Vegetarian diet, 40 days meditation.

During this week we will look at the human body in a very holistic way and explore every day one of the elements in a given sequence, the energetics of the yoga kriyas, the organs and glands affected, the meridians, the food, the nadis, the true nature of that element and how it interferes and interacts with your whole system. You will become aware of your strengths and weaknesses, and you will learn how to listen to your physical body, how the stress affects your balance (physically, energetically and spiritually), and how to recover vitality from your own core.

It is interesting to notice that during this Stress and Vitality week with AAA, you will also obtain an overview of all six modules of the Teacher Training Level 2! This week is your foundation on which you can build a strong structure. As every foundation, if it is solid it will give you the motivation and reasons why your growth and elevation can only start if you fully integrate your human experience.
